Our story

A jazz bar, a borrowed coat, and a very long last song.

We met at a bar with a piano and no coat check, when he lent her his coat and she kept it for the winter. Six winters later we are getting married in a ballroom with chandeliers, a big band and the people who make our world.

What should I wear?

Black tie, with a nod to the twenties if you like - long dresses, tuxedos, sparkle welcome.

Is there parking?

Valet at the Woodward entrance from five. Rideshare drops at the same door.

Where should we stay?

Rooms are held at the Book Tower through October 20 under Evelyn and Augustus.
