What happens next
When you'll hear back
Every message goes to a real inbox a person opens. Most are answered the same business day; if something needs digging — a ranking question, a disputed review, a payment record — we'll tell you that on the first reply rather than going quiet. Nothing waits longer than two business days.
A few things move on their own clock, and we'd rather say so up front:
- Profile claims clear in about a day once you've proved the business is yours. You don't need us to start — find your listing and the dashboard is yours the moment it clears.
- Review disputes get a decision within five business days, and our moderation policy logs a public reason any time a review comes down. We don't remove a verified review because it isn't flattering.
- Data and deletion requests are completed within 7 days, and we reply when it's done. How account deletion works →
