Search your name at the top. If we don't have you, request a listing from the same screen in the app — it takes two minutes and is reviewed the same day. Free either way.
What does “verified” mean on Lazo?
A verified vendor proved ownership of the business — a license, insurance certificate or EIN letter. A verified review comes only from a couple who booked that vendor through Lazo. A verified lead is a signed-in couple with a real date.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. Contracts, invoices and payments run in your thread through your own processor. Lazo charges 0% on what couples pay you.
Can I cancel Pro?
Any time, from Account in your dashboard. Your profile, leads and threads stay free; only the Pro tools switch off. Founding pricing is locked for life while you stay subscribed.
Does paying for Pro improve my ranking?
No, and it never will. Rankings come from verified reviews, reply speed and real bookings. Pro buys tools that help you earn those; it cannot buy the position itself — and your dashboard shows you exactly where you stand and why.
Who sees my availability calendar?
Couples see which dates are booked on your public page, so they don't inquire about a date you can't take. They never see who booked it.
